To print multiple copies 1. Create the label that you want to print. 2. Enter the number of copies to print in the Number of copies box. The number of labels that will print is displayed under the Print button. 3. Click . For LabelWriter Twin Turbo users, you can automatically switch label rolls when one roll of labels is empty. Load the same type of labels on both sides and select the Use both rolls check box in the Print area. Printing Multiple Addresses You can select multiple entries from the Address Book to print. For simple address labels that contain only a single Address object, the selected Address Book entries are automatically inserted into the Address object. For other types of labels (such as shipping labels and two-up address labels), you have more flexibility about which objects (Address, variable Text, and Barcode objects) link to the Address Book. To print a label from the Address Book 1. Select a label type and layout to use. Make sure you select a layout that contains at least one Address or variable Text object. 2. Select the Address Book tab. 3. Select the addresses that you want to print. The last entry that you select is displayed on the label preview in the Edit area. 4. If necessary, select the printer that you want to print to in the Print area. 5. Select Print all addresses selected in the address book. 6. Enter the number of copies to print for each entry in the Number of copies box. The number of labels that will print is displayed under the Print button. For example, if you select five entries from the Address Book and select to print two copies, two labels will print for each entry. The total number of labels that will print is ten. 7. Click . Printing Multiple Copies
You can print up to 999 copies of the same label.
To print multiple copies
1.
Create the label that you want to print.
2.
Enter the number of copies to print in the
Number of copies
box.
The number of labels that will print is displayed under the Print button.

For LabelWriter Twin Turbo users, you can automatically switch label rolls when one
roll of labels is empty. Load the same type of labels on both sides and select the

Printing Multiple Addresses
You can select multiple entries from the Address Book to print. For simple address labels
that contain only a single Address object, the selected Address Book entries are
automatically inserted into the Address object.

To print a label from the Address Book
