RS-422: 300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19,200, 38,400, 57,600 bits per second. Signal level RS-232: Conforms to EIA RS-422: Conforms to EIA Handshaking The printer's serial interface can use DTR (Data Terminal Ready) signal levels and XON/XOFF communication protocols either separately or in combination. When the vacant area for data in the input buffer drops to 128 bytes, the printer outputs an XOFF code or sets the DTR signal level to low (MARK, indicating that it cannot receive any more data). Once the vacant area for data in the buffer recovers to 256 bytes, the printer outputs an XON code or sets the DTR flag to high (SPACE), indicating that it is again ready to receive data. Handshaking
The printer’s serial interface can use DTR (Data Terminal Ready)
