Supported Audio Formats The viewer can store up to 10,000 audio files. It supports the following audio formats without copyright protection and with a maximum file size of 200MB: Audio file extensions .m4a .mp3 Audio codec AAC (MPEG4) MP3 (MPEG2.5Layer 3) MP3 (MPEG2Layer 3) MP3 (MPEG1Layer 3) Details Maximum bit rate: 320 kbps (8 to 48 kHz, 16 bit, stereo, mono) Bit rate: 8 to 160 kbps (8 to 12 kHz, 16 bit, stereo, mono) Bit rate: 8 to 160 kbps (16 to 24 kHz, 16 bit, stereo, mono) Bit rate: 32 to 320 kbps (32 to 48 kHz, 16 bit, stereo, mono) Note: The viewer supports non-lossless-compliant M4A and WMA files. Some files may not be played, even if the formats are supported. Playing Audio Files You can connect headphones to the jack on top of the viewer, or listen through the viewer's built-in speaker. 1 Select My Music on the Home screen using the 4-way ring or jog dial, then press OK. 2 Select Music List, then press OK. If you don't see the songs you transferred to the viewer, select Update Music List and press OK. Note: To continue playing from a previously played track, select Resume, then press OK.
