Introduction The 1623-2 Earth Ground Tester (Tester or Product) is a compact, field-rugged instrument that performs all four types of earth ground measurement. Earth/Ground Tester Operation RA 4-Pole Measurements To make 4-pole measurements: 1. Select 4 POLE function. See Figure 5. 2. Connect test leads.
