YES Have you adjusted the scan scale? NO Set the scan scale. Which OS do you use? Clean all the rollers. Windows 98/ Windows Me/ Windows2000/ Windows XP Display the properties of the scanner that you are using on "Scanners and Cameras" in the control panel, then adjust the scan scale. Windows 95/ Windows NT 4.0 YES Is the Scanner Control Center icon displayed in the task tray? NO Select [FUJITSU Scanner Control Center] from the Start menu and run it.
