3. If the GDL69 VER field displays "---" then GDL 69 Series to GNS 430W/530W interface communications are not yet established. Check the GDL 69 Series power, RS-232 configuration, and/or wiring. 4. After the your activation request is completely processed by the XM activation system the service class field should change to the class that corresponds to the service level that you requested.
