How to print a stack of envelopes 1 In the HP print settings box, click the Setup tab, and then select the envelope you're printing on as the Paper Size. (See "Finding the HP print settings box" on page 26.) 2 Slide both paper adjusters out. Make sure the IN tray is empty. OUT tray Make sure the edges of the envelopes align with the right side of the IN tray. Flap side up and flap to the right IN tray 3 Load a stack of up to 20 envelopes in the printer, as shown here. (If you're using thick envelopes, you might need to reduce the quantity.) Note: When printing a stack of JIS #4 (90 x 205 mm) envelopes, follow instructions on page 42 for printing cards. Note: When printing JIS #3 envelopes (120 x 235 mm), make sure the flap is up and toward you. 4 Slide the paper adjusters so that they fit snugly against the edges of the envelopes. 5 Print the envelopes. 41

How to print a stack of envelopes

In the HP print settings box, click the
Setup
tab, and then
select the envelope you’re printing on as the Paper Size.
(See “Finding the HP print settings box” on page 26.)

Slide both paper adjusters out.
Make sure the IN tray is empty.

Load a stack of up to 20 envelopes in the printer, as shown
here. (If you’re using thick envelopes, you might need to
reduce the quantity.)
Make sure the edges of the envelopes align with the right
side of the IN tray.

Slide the paper adjusters so that they fit snugly against the
edges of the envelopes.

Print the envelopes.

Note:
When printing a stack of JIS #4 (90 x 205 mm)
envelopes, follow instructions on page 42 for printing
cards.
