5-3-3 HP_CoolingRedundancySet HP_CoolingRedundancySet is used to model fan redundancy sets on Integrity servers. The Windows implementation class is HP_WinCoolingRedundancySet. Table 5-4 Class: HP_CoolingRedundancySet Property name CIM_ManagedElement Caption Description ElementName CIM_SystemSpecificCollection InstanceID CIM_RedundancySet MaxNumberSupported MinNumberNeeded TypeOfSet LoadBalanceAlgorithm RedundancyStatus Property implementation Cooling Redundancy Set n n represents the number of the redundancy set instance Cooling Redundancy Set n is collection of fault tolerant fans that provide redundant cooling. n represents the number of the redundancy set instance Cooling Redundancy Set n, where n represents the number of the redundancy set instance Unique identifier for this cooling redundancy instance Represents the maximum number of fans supported for this redundancy set Represents the minimum number of fans needed to function 3 (Load Balanced) 0 (Unknown) • 0 (Unknown)-if the redundancy status is unknown • 2 (Fully Redundant)-if the all fans in the set are operating properly and enough to achieve redundancy • 3 (Degraded Redundancy)-if there are at least enough fans for the redundancy set to provide cooling, but fans have failed • 4 (Redundancy Lost)-if there are not enough fans required to achieve redundancy, but enough for the redundancy set to provide cooling • 5 (Overall Failure)-if there are not enough fans operating properly for the redundancy set to provide cooling. 5-3-4 HP_MemberOfCoolingRedundancy HP_MemberOfCoolingRedundancy is used to represent an association between HP_Fan and HP_CoolingRedundancySet. The Windows implementation class is HP_WinMemberOfCoolingRedundancy. 4BSystem fan 54
