Use this menu to configure the following items: • Administrator Password --- Display if an administrator password is Set or Not. • Change Administrator Password --- Allows you to access and change all settings in the Setup Utility. The administrator password allows you to configure access for system users. To set a new administrator password: 1. In the Security screen, select a set password field Change Administrator Password and then press Enter. 2. Type a new password in the Enter New Password box. 3. The password may consist of up to six characters. Alphanumeric characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9) are recommended to avoid system error. 4. Retype the password to verify the first entry and then press Enter. 5. Press F10 to close the Setup Utility. 6. After setting the password, Setup automatically sets the password check to Setup. When you save and exit, the server reboots. • Save Changes and Exit --- Save the changes you have made and exit the BIOS Setup Utility.
