Software HP DOES NOT WARRANT SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY SOFTWARE PRODUCTS OR THE OPERATING SYSTEM PREINSTALLED BY HP. The only HP obligations with respect to software distributed by HP under the HP brand name are set forth in the applicable end-user license or program license agreement. Third-party hardware and software products are provided "AS IS." However, third-party manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers may provide their own warranties directly to you. If the removable media on which HP distributes the software proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within thirty (30) days of purchase, your sole remedy shall be to return the removable media to HP for replacement. TECHNICAL SUPPORT HP offers a variety of technical support options. Refer to the "Contacting HP" section later in this document for more information. Hardware Technical Support Free hardware technical support is provided for the duration of your warranty. After the warranty has expired, hardware technical support is available for a fee. The fee will be charged to your credit card when you call technical support. Limited Software Technical Support Free limited software technical support is available for one (1) year from the date of purchase or lease.
