Set Admin Password (G7 servers) The Set Admin Password option sets a password to control access to the administrative features of the server. The Set Admin Password option is a simple character string with a maximum of seven characters. To disable or clear the password, enter the password followed by a / (slash) when prompted to enter the password. Trusted Platform Module (G7 Servers) For servers configured with an optional Trusted Platform Module, the following configuration options are available: • TPM Functionality (G7 servers) (on page 60) • TPM Visibility (G7 servers) (on page 61) • TPM Expansion ROM Measuring (G7 servers) (on page 63) • TPM Clear (G7 servers) (on page 63) IMPORTANT: The TPM menus appear only if the TPM kit is installed.
