Shutting Down the Entire UV System The entire UV system must be completely shut down before all procedures which involve exposing internal electrical components. To perform a complete shut down of the UV system: 1 From the UV electrical cabinet, turn the main isolator to the OFF position. Figure 1-8 UV Main Isolator turned OFF 2 Padlock the main isolator in the OFF position, as shown in Figure 1-9.
