3 Paper handling Load a roll onto the spindle CAUTION: Ensure the sheet tray is closed. 1. Remove the right-hand end of the spindle from the printer, then the other end. WARNING! Do not insert your fingers into the spindle supports during the removal process. 2. Color management 5 Color management Color calibration Color calibration enables your printer to produce consistent colors with the particular printheads, inks and paper type that you are using, and under your particular environmental conditions. 8 Troubleshooting paper issues The paper has jammed When a paper jam occurs, you normally see the Possible paper jam message in the front-panel display. 1. Power off the printer at the front panel and also switch it off at the rear. 2. Open the window. 3.
