Hold the processor only at the edges, being careful not to touch the bottom of the processor (see Figure 12). Do not discard the protective processor cover. Hold the processor with your thumb and index fingers oriented as shown in Figure 13. Make sure your fingers align to the socket cutouts (Figure 13, A). Align the notch (Figure 13, B) with the socket (Figure 13, C). Lower the processor straight down without tilting or sliding it in the socket. Figure 13. Install the Processor 35

Always replace the

Align
