SYMPTOMS FAULTS Electric actuator fails to lift when Hand-control or actuator connector button is pressed. loose. Battery low. 9 TROUBLESHOOTING SOLUTION Charge batteries. Refer to Charging the Battery on page 27. Rotate RED emergency stop button CLOCKWISE until it pops out. RED emergency stop button pressed IN. Reconnect the battery to the control box. Refer to Charging the Battery on page 27. Battery not connected properly to con- Replace the battery pack. Refer to Charging the Battery on trol box. page 27. The connecting terminals are damaged. Electric actuator in need of service or load is too high. Unusual noise from actuator. Actuator is worn or damaged or spindle is bent.
