TROUBLESHOOTING iHeartRadio Pandora ANDROID Symptom Playback is intermittent or sound skips. "ANDROID ERROR" / "NA DEVICE" "ADD ERROR" "CHECK DEVICE" "NO SKIPS" "NO STATIONS" "STATION LIMIT" "CONNECT ERROR" "RATING ERROR" "THUMBS N/A" "LICENSE ERROR" iHeartRadio station cannot be selected. "CANNOT CREATE" "CANNOT SAVE" "DISCONNECTED" "NO SKIPS" "NO STATIONS" "NOT CONNECTED" "IHEARTLINK UP" Remedy Turn off the power saving mode on the Android device. • Reconnect the Android device. • Restart the Android device. New station creation is unsuccessful. Check the Pandora application on your device. The skip limit has been reached. No stations are found. The number of registered stations has reached its limit. Retry after deleting unnecessary stations from your device. Communication is unstable. Registration of thumbs up/thumbs down has failed due to insufficient network connectivity. Registration of thumbs up/thumbs down is not allowed. You try to access from a country which Pandora is not deliverable. If "Explicit Content" in [Account Settings] is checked in the web version of iHeartRADIO, custom stations become unavailable. Custom station name creation is unsuccessful. Addition to the favorite category failed. Check the connection to the device. The skip limit has been reached. Retry later. No stations are found. Link to the application is impossible. Make sure you have installed the latest version of the iHeart Link for KENWOOD application on your device. Symptom Remedy "PLEASE LOGIN" You haven't log in. Log in again. "STATION NOT AVAILABLE" Broadcast from the station is over. "STATION NOT SELECTED" No station is selected. iHeartRadio "STREAM ERROR" Broadcast data is interrupted. "THUMB FAILED" Registration of Thumbs Up/Down has failed. "TIMED OUT" The request has resulted in time-out.
