4 - Standard Tasks - Remove and re-fit the Side-Trimmer Book Supports Step 4 - remove the outer book supports There are two outer book supports. Remove one at a time. Hold each end of the outer book support and lift upwards. Remove the outer book support through the top of the machine. Repeat with the other outer book support. Outer book support Procedure - Refitting Step 1 - preparation Rotate the Side-Trimmer away from the See "Move the Side-Trimmer" on booklet maker. page 16. Use the mains ON/OFF switch to turn OFF the Side-Trimmer. See "Turn On the Side-Trimmer" on page 5. Look through the top window of the Side-Trimmer. See Figures 16 and 17. Note the position of the pivot-bearings. If the pivot-bearings are not visible: See Figure 17 on page 18 There is enough space to fit the book supports. • Open the top cover of the SideTrimmer. • Go to "Step 2 - fit the inner and outer book supports". If the pivot-bearings are visible: See Figure 16 on page 18 • Use the mains ON/OFF switch to turn ON the Side-Trimmer. • Look through the top window of the P2T. The pivot-bearings will move. • When the pivot bearings are not visible, then turn off the P2T. • Open the top cover of the SideTrimmer. • Go to "Step 2 - fit the inner and outer book supports".
