Importing Images 3 3.7 Specifying Settings from the Settings Dialog Box (Image Enhancement Tab) The following settings can be specified. Specify the setting, and then click [OK]. Setting Full Enhancement Adjust Contrast Remove Undercolor Remove Background Remove Halftone Deskew Description Select to automatically perform all image adjustments that can be set from the Image Enhance tab. Specifying Settings from the Settings Dialog Box
(Image Enhancement Tab)
The following settings can be specified. Specify the setting, and then click
[OK].
Setting
Description
Full Enhancement
Select to automatically perform all image adjustments that
can be set from the Image Enhance tab.
Adjust Contrast
Select the desired amount of contrast.
Remove Undercolor
Select the desired amount of background that is removed.
Remove Background
Select the desired amount of bleed-through that is re-
moved.
Remove Halftone
Select the desired amount of halftones that are removed.
Deskew
Automatically adjusts the tilt of the image.
