PCL Printer Driver Setting (Windows) 8 Image Shift Settings When click this button, the [Image Shift Settings] dialog appears. Switch Settings It specifies whether the Image Shift sets up by the driver side or the printer side. Unit Select the units. Front Side Set the shift amount for the front side. Back Side Set the shift amount for the back side. Outside Offset [Outside Offset] is a function to adjust so that the print image is shifted toward the outside as the pages advance, according to the thickness of the folded booklet when the [Booklet] has been set up. Same value for font and back Set the amount of the back side as that of front side. sides Tab Image Shift A setting is made when an image is shifted that is to be printed on the tab paper. Put a check on [Tab Image Shift] and click [TAB Image Shift Settings] to display the [TAB Image Shift Settings] window. And set a shift amount in this window.
