Default Setting (System Menu) 5 After changing the setting, restart the system or turn the machine OFF and then ON again. For detailed information on restarting the system, refer to Restarting the System on page 8-88. IPSec Setting Sets up IPSec. The default setting is Off. Use the procedure below. 1 Press the System Menu key. 2 Press [System], [Next] of Network Security, and then [Change] of IPSec. NOTE: If user login administration is disabled, the user authentication screen appears. Enter your login user name and password and then press [Login]. For this, you need to login with administrator privileges. Refer to Adding a User on page 11-4 for the default login user name and password. 3 Press [On]. 4 Press [OK]. 5 After changing the setting, restart the system or turn the machine OFF and then ON again. For detailed information on restarting the system, refer to Restarting the System on page 8-88. LAN Interface Setup Specify the settings for the LAN interface to be used. The default setting is Auto. Use the procedure below. 1 Press the System Menu key. 2 Press [System], [Next] of Network and then [Change] of LAN Interface. System - LAN Interface Select the LAN Interface type. 3 Select [Auto], [10BASE-T Half], [10BASE-T Full], [100BASE-TX Half] or [100BASE-TX Full] as the LAN interface.
