MESSAGING 3. Inbox The phone alerts you in 2 ways when you receive a new message by: ● Displaying a message notification on the screen. ● Displaying the message icon . (It blinks when the message is urgent.) Received text messages, page messages, MMS messages and e-mail lists may be searched and the contents viewed. Received messages are displayed from newest to oldest. Out of Memory Warning If the memory is full, no more messages can be received until enough memory space becomes available. When there is no space to save SMS messages, Text msg 100% full. Please erase old messages. is displayed. For MMS messages, Photo msg 100% full. Erase photo from Inbox now to receive new photo. For MMS notifications, NOTI msg 100% full Erase notification from Inbox now to receive new noti. is displayed. When you Auto Delete is on, the messages are received even when the memory is full. Viewing Your Inbox Up to 50 received messages can be stored in the Inbox. 1. Press , , . 2. Use to highlight an Inbox message. ● Left Soft Key Reply complying with the kinds of messages (Text Msg/Photo Msg). ● Right Soft Key Options. 3. Use to highlight an Inbox message, then press . 4. While viewing the selected message, press Left Soft Key Reply or Right Soft Key Options. Delete Deletes the selected message. Forward Forwards a received message to other destination address(es).
