FAQ This chapter lists some problems you might encounter when using your phone. Some problems require you to call your service provider, but most are easy to fix yourself. Message SIM card error No network connection/ Dropped network No applications can be set Possible causes There is no SIM card in the phone or it is inserted incorrectly. Possible corrective measures Make sure the SIM card is correctly inserted. Signal is weak or you are outside the carrier network. Move toward a window or into an open area. Check the network operator coverage map. Not supported by service provider or registration required. Contact your service provider. Downloaded application causes a lot of errors.
