Check batteries inside of the Remote Control are usable. If not, please change batteries. Make sure that there is no object between the Remote Control and the Digital Photo Frame. Please do not use the Remote Control too far away from the Digital Photo Frame and try to point it to the remote control receiver at the bottom right-hand corner of the Digital Photo Frame.
