This feature will not limit viewing if the DVD is not rated or coded. Check your DVDs and settings before letting children access the TV/DVD. Follow these steps to change your password. ● Before you begin, press SELECT to put the 3 TV/DVD in DVD mode. 1 Press SETUP twice while play is stopped. QUICK SETUP TV MODE DOLBY DIGITAL 4:3 LETTER BOX ON O K 2 Press B to select CUSTOM at the top of the menu, then press ENTER. 1 LANGUAGE AUDIO SUBTITLE DISC MENU ORIGINAL OFF ENGLISH O K 3 Press B to select (the lock), then press ENTER. The first time you set a password, this menu will appear. PARENTAL Please enter a 4-digit password. O K Press the Number buttons to enter a four-digit password. The password will appear on the screen. Write it down so you don't forget it. Press ENTER. You are finished! Go to step 6. If you have set a password before, this menu will appear. PARENTAL Enter current password. O K Press the Number buttons to enter your current four-digit password. Asterisks (*) will appear instead of your password. This protects its identity. 2-3
