DTMF tones Your phone can send Dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) tones for calling card calls or to navigate automated systems (such as banking by phone). To send DTMF Tones: 1 From the main screen, press the M Key (MENU) to open the menu. 2 Use the Directional Key (N) to scroll to Settings & Tools and press the M Key (OK). 3 Scroll to Call Settings and press the M Key (OK). 4 Scroll to DTMF Tones and press the M Key (OK). 5 Select Normal or Long and press the M Key (OK).
