Making Private Calls Clearing or Queueing a call alert When you receive a call alert, do one of the following: • To clear a call alert, select "Clear". • To place the call alert into the queue, select "Queue". Pressing N also queues the call alert. To select a call alert for response: 1. Select "Queue". 2. Press Q to scroll to the desired call alert. 3. Press the PTT button to respond to the call alert. Quickstore of Private IDs Quickstore allows you to quickly store a received or sent Private ID, without having to enter the programming menu. The ID is added as the last number received or sent in Private mode. From the Private Ready screen, with the Private ID displayed: 1. Select "Store". If an ID is greater than 12 characters in length, the ID wraps to the third line. 2. The Stored message displays. s Df b If the list is full with the maximum 100 entries, you JOHN will get the message, "Prvt List Full". Clearing or Queueing a call alert
When you receive a call alert, do one of the following:
To clear a call alert, select “Clear”.
To place the call alert into the queue, select “Queue”.

You can respond to the call alerts in any order. To select a call alert for

Quickstore of Private IDs
Quickstore allows you to quickly store a received or sent Private ID, without
having to enter the programming menu.
The ID is added as the last number received or sent in Private mode.
From the Private Ready screen, with the Private ID
displayed:
1.
Select “Store”.
