Index display Set the mode dial to playback , and then turn the main dial to the index mark (or turn the sub dial counterclockwise) to display several images at one time in the monitor. 2 1 Turn the main dial to the index mark (or turn the sub dial counterclockwise). 1 Displays previous index 2 Moves highlight to previous frame 2 Moves highlight to next frame Displays next index The monitor is divided into sections and displays 4 images. The position of the green highlight shows the currently selected image. If you continue to turn either dial in the same direction, you can display 9 and then 16 frames. Use the pointers on the arrow pad to select another image. Displays previous index. Displays next index. Moves highlight to previous frame. Moves highlight to next frame. 3 3 To display the selected image at normal size, move the main dial to the magnifying glass mark (or move the sub dial clockwise) to return to the single image display. The selected image is displayed at normal 3 size. The main dial and sub dial To perform many settings you can use either the main dial or sub dial, so use whichever is more convenient for you. However, please remember that when the mode is set to M, use the main dial to set the aperture and use the sub dial to set the shutter speed. Using the remote control You can use the RM-1 remote control unit to take pictures and view images in the index or enlarged displays.
