(For a pleasant massage) 1. Begin by using the roller surface at low speed, moving the head around in big, wide circles. 2. Change to the heated surface and push down over the area of soreness or stiffness (for about five to seven seconds per area). For a stronger vibrating effect, hold the appliance with both hands. (Do not press the massage surface too hard.) 3. (Neck) With the heated surface, lightly press down along the neck muscles. (Shoulder) With the heated surface, push down with both hands. With the roller surface, move along the shoulder. (Arm) With the roller surface, move in a flowing motion down along the muscles. 3. (Leg) With the roller surface, move in a flowing motion down along the muscles. (Calf) With the roller surface, move in a flowing motion down along the muscles. In case of calf pain, do not use without consulting a physician.
