Caller information is sorted by the most recent call to the oldest. When the 31st call is received, the information from the 1st call is deleted. The unit will also tell you how many calls you missed while you were out or unavailable to answer the phone. To search from the oldest call, press [ ]. • The caller's name, number and the time and date received are displayed.
