OClose distance compensation frame When the camera-to-subject distance is less than lm, compose the scene within this frame. OPicture area When taking a normal picture, compose the scene within this frame. Lamp indications Depress the main switch button. When you depress the shutter release button halfway down, the green lamp lights up or blinks. Lamp ON: When the subject is in focus, it will light up to indicate that you can take picture. Blinking: If either the camera-to-subject distance is less than 0.65m (2.1 ft) or the flash is being charged, the green lamp blinks and you cannot release the shutter. Shooting range: 0.65m (2.lft) to infinity • While the lamp is blinking, you cannot release the shutter. • Ensure that the lamp is lit continu- ously before taking pictures. • When the flash is being charged, ( 5.) on the LCD panel also blinks. 15
