Drawing up the bobbin thread Hold the end of the needle thread with your left hand. Turn the hand wheel slowly towards you until the needle moves down then up again and the take-up lever is at its highest point. Pull the needle thread slowly. The bobbin thread will now come up through the needle hole in a loop. Pull about four inches of each thread under the sewing foot and through to the back. 25

Hold
the
end
of
the
needle
thread
with
your
left
hand.
Turn
the
hand
wheel
slowly
towards
you
until
the
needle
moves
down
then
up
again
and
the

its

point.
Pull
the
needle
thread
slowly.
The
bobbin
thread
will
now
come
up
through
the
needle
hole
in
a

Pull

thread
