Plug the power cord of the C90 into any standard arounded outlet. Do not use an adaptor or extension cord. Note: the power cord should be unplugged during storage, but can be left plugged In during periods of regular use. When the power cord is unplugged, the electronics programs defined by the user will be erased. The four predefined programs will be retained in memory. 2. Position the C90 on a clear, level surface. Do not use the bike near water or outdoors. 3. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. Do not wear robes or other clothing that could become caught in the exercise bike. Running or aerobic shoes are recommended. 4. The C90 has a pulse driven mode which adjusts the pedal resistance automatically in response to the heart rate of the user. When in this mode, the user is responsible for entering the pulse setting. A table of suggested pulse settings is included in this manual. We recommend that you consult your physician for specific guidance before beginning this or any exercise program. WARNING: Before beginning this or any exercise program consult your physician.
