Alignment & Troubleshooting Description The paper keeps jamming. There is too much paper in the tray. An incorrect type of paper is being used. There may be debris inside the printer. Remove excess paper from the tray. Check that the paper guides are set correctly. Use only paper that meets printer specifications.
