The first time you use ChatOn , the registration process will require a phone number for sending a voice or SMS verification code. Please use an alternative device to receive this notification and enter the verification code sent to register on ChatOn. Create the buddies list by entering phone numbers or email addresses of Samsung accounts, or selecting buddies from the list of suggestions. Select a buddy to start chatting.
