If the problem persists, disconnect all power to the oven for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect the power. If this does not solve the problem, call for service. SAMSUNG will provide in-home service within the contiguous United States during the warranty period at no charge, subject to availability of SAMSUNG authorized servicers within the customer's geographic area.
