Error messages When the following error messages appear, try these remedies. Error message Card Error Card not supported. DCF Full Error File Error Low Battery Memory Full No Image File File system not supported. Suggested remedies • Turn off your camera, and then turn it on again. • Remove your memory card, and insert it again. • Format your memory card. The inserted memory card is not compatible with your camera. Insert a microSD, microSDHC memory card. File names do not match the DCF standard. Transfer the files on the memory card to your computer, and then format the card. Delete the damaged file or contact a Samsung service center. Insert a charged battery or recharge the battery. Delete unnecessary files or insert a new memory card. Take photos or insert a memory card that has some photos. Your camera does not support the FAT file structure of the inserted memory card.
