Outbox Your phone stores messages in Outbox, regardless of whether the message was successfully transmitted. If Do Not Save was not set in the Save Message setting under Msg Setup, you can review, resend, or delete any message stored in the Outbox. You can also verify if a message or E-Mail was successfully transmitted, and at what date and time by opening the Delivery Acknowledgement feature. Reviewing outbox To review outgoing messages: 1. In standby mode, press the Message menu. (press when in-use) to display 2. Press for Outbox. A list of messages displays. 3. Using the , highlight the message you want to review and press to select it. 4. Press for further options. Message memory capacity Your phone can store up to 130 messages (Inbox 50, Outbox 50 Draft msg 15, Saved msg 15). The storage capacity includes all received, sent, filed message types, VMN (Voicemail Notification), and text messages. The number of messages stored, depends upon the length of each message. When message memory reaches over 75% capacity, the screen displays a text notification. At 100% capacity, the screen displays a text notification and rejects additional 44
