• Call: places the call to the selected phone number. • Copy to phone/SIM card: copies the selected or multiple contacts to the phone or SIM card. Depends on where the contact was previously saved. • Assign speed dial: allows you to assign a speed dial key number to the selected Phonebook entry. • Send namecard via: allows you to send your name card via Message, Bluetooth, or E-mail. • Delete: allows you to delete the selected name and number from your Phonebook or delete multiple numbers. You are asked to confirm your name and number deletion by pressing the Yes soft key. To cancel, press the No soft key. • Print via Bluetooth: sends the contents of the selected text message to a Bluetooth enabled printer. • Mobile backup: allows you to view the Last sync you performed, or view the About mobile backup information. 5. Dialing a Number from Phonebook Once you store phone numbers in the Phonebook, you can dial them easily and quickly by using the location numbers assigned to them and listed in the Phonebook. Note: If you cannot remember a location number, you must go into the Contact list menu in the People menu to search for the entry by name. Understanding your Phonebook

• Call
: places the call to the selected phone number.
Copy to phone/SIM card

Dialing a Number from Phonebook
Once you store phone numbers in the Phonebook, you can dial them easily and quickly by using the location
numbers assigned to them and listed in the Phonebook.
Note:
If you cannot remember a location number, you must go into the
Contact list
menu in the
People
menu to search for the entry
by name. For more information, refer to
“Finding a Phonebook Entry”
on page 63.
