Chapter Four SPECIAL FEATURES Fine Tuning Channels Use fine tuning to manually adjust a particular channel for optimal reception. 1 Press the MENU button to display the menu. Press the L or M button to select "Channel", then press the œ or √ button. ANT/CATV œ Auto Program TV/AV œ Fine Tune Add/Erase Channel ANT √ √ TV √ √ √ Move Select Exit 2 Press the L or M button to select "Fine tune", then press the œ or √ button. Fine Tune Select Channel : 0 : Erased Move Select Exit 3 Press the œ and √ buttons to adjust the fine tuning. Fine Tune Select Channel :+ 3 : Erased Move Adjust Exit M 4 To store the fine tuning setting in the TV's memory, press the L or M button to select "Select". Press the œ or √ button to select "Added". To reset the fine tuning to "0", press the œ or √ button to select "Erased". Press the EXIT button to exit. Fine Tune Select Channel :+ 3 : Added Move Select Exit After you adjust the fine tuning, "*" will appear when you press the INFO button while watching this channel. 32
