Fan will not turn on, but Console operates Unit rocks/does not sit level Pedals loose/unit difficult to pedal Clicking sound when pedaling Seat post movement Check for blockage of fan Check leveler adjustment Unplug unit from electrical outlet for 5 minutes. Remove material from fan. If necessary, detach the Console to help with removal. Replace the Console if unable to remove blockage. Adjust levelers until bike is level. Check surface under unit Check pedal to crank arm connection Check crank arm to axle connection Check pedal to crank arm connection Check locking pin Check adjustment knob Adjustment may not be able to compensate for extremely uneven surfaces. Move bike to level area. Pedal should be tightened securely to crank. Insure connection is not crossthreaded. Crank should be tightened securely to axle. Be sure cranks are connected at 180 degrees from each other. Remove pedals and reattach. Be sure adjustment pin is locked into one of the seat post adjustment holes. Be sure knob is securely tightened. 45
