Console Features The Console provides important information about your workout and lets you control the resistance levels while you exercise. The Console features touch control buttons to navigate you through the exercise programs. Fan Button SPEED Adjustment Buttons User Indicator Lights- The User indicator lights show where the User is in relation to the Pacer during the Workout. Fitness Score Display- The Fitness Score Display shows the current Fitness Score of the selected User Profile. Goal Display-The Goal Display shows the selected type of goal (Distance, Time or Calories) and the value for it. User Placement Display- The User Placement Display shows the difference between the User and the Pacer. The arrows tell if the User is in front (UP arrow) or behind (DOWN arrow) the Pacer. COMPARE button- Push to select the desired Workout Pacer: Average, Best, or off. USER button- Push to select the desired User Profile. The Active User Display will adjust Increase () button- Increases the current value or moves through the options available Left () button- Shifts the currently active segment, and moves through options OK button- Confirms information or a selection 26
