6 When a sound, such as a person speaking, is picked up by the microphone, recording will begin automatically. q If a silence lasts for 3 seconds or more, the recording will be paused automatically. However, the unit will not pause for about the first 10 seconds after recording has started. 06 To interrupt a synchro recording: Press the button while recording. q The Mic synchro recording mode will be canceled, and the unit will enter the recording stand-by mode. q To resume synchro recording, press the ENTER/F.PLAY/SYNCHRO button again. To stop recording: Press the s/:OFF button. s Recording from the microphone (Mic manual recording) q You can start recording manually (any time you like). 1 Put the unit in the recording stand-by mode.
