Subtotal Void With the SBTL VOID key or selecting a line and touching "ST VD", you can void an entire transaction. Once a subtotal void is executed, the transaction is canceled and the POS terminal issues a receipt. These errors must be handled by the manager. The following steps should be taken. 1. If you are entering an amount tendered, finalize the transaction. 2.
