Connecting the Speakers ChoosingPowerSources For easy transport, the dual speakers are detachable. Before you begin listening to music, attach the speaker boxes and connect the speaker plugs as shown below. Make sure you turn off the power before making any connections. 1 Align the grooves and slide the speaker box down until it snaps into place. 0 The CD cassette-corder has two separate power sources. Use the AC power source (house current) whenever you record because recording consumes the most power. Use six size D (R20) batteries when the CD cassette-corder becomes a portable.
