5 Tap the icon. The HotSync® operation between your CLIÉ handheld and your computer starts. When the HotSync® operation is complete, the following screen is displayed. 6 Double-click [Palm Desktop for CLIÉ] icon on the Windows desktop. Or click Start, select Programs (All Programs in Windows XP), Sony handheld and click Palm Desktop for CLIÉ. The Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ software starts. 7 Click the Date Book icon. The Date Book screen is displayed. The detail of the schedule for the date selected in Step 2 will be displayed. 44
