Notes on power sources On battery pack • Store the battery pack at a temperature between 41°F (5°C) and 95°F (35°C) for best performance. • If you do not use the handset for a long period of time, remove the battery pack from the handset after charging for more than 12 hours, and base unit after charging for more than 24 hours when you have a spare battery. This maintains battery life. On power failure During a power interruption, you cannot make or receive calls, and you cannot use the answering machine.
