For MirrorLink™ operation No audio, confirm smartphone compatibility.  The sound adjustment of the smartphone is incorrect.  Check the smartphone's sound adjustment.  The smartphone is not compatible with MirrorLink™.  Check the smartphone's compatibility with MirrorLink™ at the support site on the back cover. Reestablish connection with MirrorLink compatible device.  The smartphone is not connected with this unit.  Check the connection between this unit and the smartphone.  The smartphone is turned off.  Check the power supply of the smartphone.  The smartphone is not compatible with MirrorLink™.  Check the smartphone's compatibility with MirrorLink™ at the support site on the back cover. Screen content blocked while vehicle in motion.  MirrorLink™ is being operated while driving.  Some MirrorLink™ functions are restricted while driving. For HDMI/MHL connection (XAV-712BT/ 612BT only): Connect HDMI or MHL device to the unit.  No device is connected.  Connect a device to the HDMI/MHL connection cable securely. No Signal  No signal is being output from the connected device.  Make sure the device is connected to the HDMI/MHL connection cable securely.  Check the connected device's output signal. Not Supported Format  The unit receives unsupported input signal.  There may be a malfunction of connection cable.  Replace the cable. Overcurrent Caution on MHL.  The connected device is overloaded.  Disconnect the device, then change the source by pressing the SOURCE button.  Indicates that the device is out of order, or an unsupported device is connected. If these solutions do not help improve the situation, consult your nearest Sony dealer. If you take the unit to be repaired because of disc playback trouble, bring the disc that was used at the time the problem began. 43GB
