REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION You can operate all of tape transport functions and TV control functions from the Remote Control (included). The buttons on the Remote Control have the same functions as the corresponding buttons on the unit. How to use the Remote Control 1140 1 POWER button -To turn unit on and off. 2 RECALL button -Press to call previous received channel number on digital display. POWER RECALL 3 F. FWD button -To move the tape forward rapidly. To 2 view the picture rapidly forward during the playback mode. REWIND F.FWD 10 4 STOP button -To stop the tape. 3 5 PAUSE/STILL-NOISE CANCEL button -To stop the tape temporarily during playback or recording. To PLAY STOP 9 view a still picture during playback. To eliminate noise bars on still picture. May require depressing 4 several times. 6 CHANNEL buttons -To select desired channels by RECORD PAUSE pressing either "+"or "-"button.
