Troubleshooting Projector is not shutting down Cause There is no power from the power cable. Attempting to turn the projector on again during the cooling process. Remedy Plug one end of the power cable at the AC inlet of the projector and the other end in the power outlet. If the power outlet has a switch, make sure that it is switched on. Wait until the cooling down process has completed. No picture Cause Video source is not turned on or is not connected correctly. The projector is not correctly connected to the input signal device. The input signal has not been correctly selected. Remedy Switch the video source on and check that the signal cable is connected correctly. Check the connection. Select the correct input signal by using the [Source] key on the projector or remote control. Blurred image Cause The projection lens is not correctly focused. The projector and the screen are not aligned properly. Remedy Use the focus function to adjust lens focus. Adjust projection angle and direction as well as the height of the projector where necessary. Remote control does not work Cause The battery is out of power. There is an obstacle between the remote control and the projector. You are too far away from the projector. The remote control does not match the remote control code of the projector. Remedy Replace the batteries. Remove the obstacle. Stand within 8 meters (26 feet) of the projector. Adjust the remote control code. 47
