Troubleshooting Problem Suggestion The telephone does not ring when there is an incoming call. (continued) �� Test a working telephone at the telephone jack. Try installing a new telephone line cord. �� Re-install the battery and place the cordless handset in the handset charger. �� Wait for the cordless handset to synchronize with the telephone base.
